Inside our New Collection Launch at W Brisbane

In celebration of International Women's Day last Wednesday 10 March, we debuted our fourth collection at the glamorous Living Room Bar, W Brisbane.

With cocktails in hand, Brisbane's leading ladies in fashion admired the new collection named Nature's First Green is Gold. Taking inspiration from Robert Frost’s poem ‘Nothing Gold Can Stay’, the collection features the standout colour of Autumn fashion - Rust, along with eye-catching cuts such as wide flowing Palazzo pants and our take on a traditional Japanese kimono.

Being from New Zealand, but now living in Queensland, the one thing Bec misses the most about her home country is the seasons. She is a lover of nature and wanted to bring a touch of Autumn to our sunny Queensland skies.

Special guest Abby Coleman toasted to International Women's Day in style in a new collection dress, sharing what the 2021 theme ‘Choose to Challenge’ means to her. Abby spoke courageously from the heart about her own battles as a young woman, overcoming her fears and finding her truth.

The day could not have been possible without the generous support from our fellow female-founded brands. Thanks to Bonnie + Kind, VIVRA, Bask Eyewear, Jenni Sellan, Doctor Edwina, Sunsoaked, La Beach, LUXE Beauty Bardon, Original Weekend, Sunday Sands Label and Sport Le Moda for each donating special prizes for our giveaway. There were many lucky ladies leaving with their hands full of goodies that these fabulous brands produce.

Ending with a fashion show showcasing our never-seen-before Robes, we toasted to a day of women supporting women. And that was our goal achieved.
