Returns - Full Price Items

We accept exchanges and returns on all of our full price product/s. We only ask that the following requirements are met:

  • The product/s must be in original condition, with all tags and additional items (such as belts and/or garment rings where applicable) remaining in place;
  • The product/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way;
  • We are notified by email to that you are returning your product/s and we receive the product/s within 14 days of your receipt of the product/s.

We charge a $15.00 restocking and admin fee on all returns that are not being exchanged. 

Subject to meeting the conditions of this Returns Policy, refunds will be issued for the purchase price of the product/s less $15.00 per item.

We reserve the right to deny a refund of the product/s returned if they do not meet the requirements of this Policy.

If you’re exchanging, we will send you out your new product/s and email you a new tracking number.

If you’re refunding, we will refund you through the same method you used to pay – ie. Credit card or PayPal. 


Robe will not be responsible for any cost involved in returning product/s to us. You will be responsible for all return shipping costs. 

Sale or Outlet Items

All sale or outlet items are FINAL SALE unless faulty in which case the items will be repaired or replaced. If the items cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue you with a refund. 

How to Return

Simply email and we will provide you with all other details you need including the address to send your return to in Australia.

The details provided will vary depending on whether you are seeking a refund or an exchange. We are not liable for the loss of any product/s returned to us before we receive them. We recommend you use a postal service with tracking and keep a record of the tracking details.

Faulty Product

Every product we send out is initially quality controlled. However, if you have received a product/s with a manufacturing fault we will be happy to replace it or refund it in accordance with this Policy.

Please note that wear and tear in the course of normal use is not a manufacturing fault. If you have concerns about product/s, please contact us immediately at or on the contact details above under ‘Customer Care’ and we will personally assist you and sort out the problem as quickly as possible.
