Yes - Robe ships worldwide. Delivery is free for all Australian orders, and a flat shipping fee of AUD $20 applies for all orders placed outside of Australia.
All orders are sent from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia and domestic orders are usually are delivered within 2 - 5 business days. Delivery timeframes for international orders may vary, but typically take 5 - 14 working days. Please note, your delivery may be impacted by your country's import and/or customs processes. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
When you order is shipped, you'll receive an email containing a tracking number which can be used to monitor your order's delivery timeframe. If you did not receive this email, or are having issues tracking your order, please email orders@getrobed.
When ordering from outside of Australia, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. Robe is not liable for these charges, and we can unfortunately not reimburse or refund them. If you're unsure of your country's charges and import policies, we recommend contacting your local customs office.
Robe accepts credit and debit cards, as well as Paypal and Afterpay.
Robe accepts returns if you change your mind or if the garment is unsuitable. We also offer the option to exchange for incorrect sizing and other reasons. Please refer to our Returns Policy for all information on how to process a return or exchange.
Due to the ethos behind our resort wear, many of Robe's designs can accommodate a range of sizes. If you would like more detail about what size is best for you, please refer to our size guide.
To keep your Robe looking beautiful, we recommend treating it with care. Wash it on a gentle cycle with delicate-friendly washing liquid or powder. Avoid rough surfaces and harsh chemicals, and do not tumble dry.
