FAQs

How can I track my order?

When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. This number can be used to track your parcel's delivery timeframes. If you did not receive this email, please email orders@getrobed.com.au.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse based in Australia and are usually delivered within 2 – 5 working days for domestic deliveries. International deliveries may take 5 - 14 working days depending on the country we are shipping to. There can be the occasional customs or postal delay, which may impact on your delivery timeframe.

Will I have to pay any duties and taxes on top of my order?

You will be liable for all import duties (where ordering from outside Australia), customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery. We are not liable for these charges, and they unfortunately cannot be reimbursed or refunded by Robe. If you are unsure of the charges and whether or not you will be affected, please contact your local customs office to find out more information.

What payment methods does Robe accept?

Credit/debit cards, PayPal and  AfterPay.

How much does delivery cost?

We have a flat rate of $10.00 per order for domestic orders and $20.00 per order for all international orders. This is in addition to the prices in the online store.

What size should I order?

Your Robe is designed to accommodate a reasonable size range within each size. However, if you want more detail, we have detailed sizing information available here.

How can I properly care for my Robe?

To keep your Robe looking beautiful, please follow our care instructions:

  • Cold hand wash.
  • Do not soak or bleach.
  • Do not spin or tumble dry.
  • Avoid any rough surfaces such as pool edges.
  • Do not pack or store when wet.
  • Dry without delay.
  • Separate light colours from dark before washing.
  • Avoid excess contact with suntan lotions and harsh chemicals found in saunas, spas and pools.
  • Avoid excess contact with harsh chemicals such as deodorants, make-up or perfume.
  • All of our Robes are made from a semi-transparent fabric and will appear transparent when wet.
  • Although the best possible dyes are selected worldwide, the fastness of some shades must be treated with caution. Particular care should be taken with contrasting colours in one garment.
  • Bright colours may fade to light.

Is it safe to purchase online from the eboutique?

Robe is based in Brisbane, Australian owned and run by Australians. Robe uses GeoTrust Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party. Please see our Privacy Policy for more details. However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact info@getrobed.com.au and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order!

What if the item I receive is damaged or faulty?

We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you do have a concern with a product/s, please email us at orders@getrobed.com.au so we can urgently review the matter for you!

How do I request a return?

Requesting a return is really easy! Simply email us at orders@getrobed.com.au and we will provide you with details on how to return. Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or a full refund.

Sometimes it can take time for a refund to register via your original payment method. Please be patient and allow 10 full working days for the refund to come through before contacting us directly. 

What is your returns policy?

Robe accepts returns and exchanges on all pieces on the basis that specific requirements as outlined in our Returns Policy are met. All product/s may be returned to our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.
