The Nikki II in Japanese Bloom
Released as part of Robe's It's Always Summer Somewhere collection, The Nikki quickly became a bestseller. Named after model, blogger, and friend of the brand Nikki Phillips, this floaty maxi dress was designed with European summer in mind.
And now, for our third collection Cocktails at Sunset, we have reimagined this incredible piece with a few subtle changes that make it much more ready-to-wear: The Nikki II.
We gathered feedback from our amazing customers, and The Nikki II now features a full button-down front that allows you to show as much skin as you want to. For the Cocktails at Sunset collection, we've also sourced custom buttons made from the corozo (also known as the tagua) nut that was personally chosen by Bec for its versatility and hardiness. A natural material, it also demonstrates our brand's commitment to reducing unnecessary waste as we continue our journey to sustainability.
The Nikki II now also features a wider belt (which also looks fabulous as a head scarf!) but like the Nikki, it is still made from Robe's signature cotton/silk blend so it floats beautifully around the body. It was released in two brand new colours as part of the Cocktails at Sunset collection, and you're sure to love the Japanese Bloom print illustrated especially for Robe by Brisbane artist Penelope Bell. A modern floral with oriental influence, this is a show-stopping design that's perfect for any occasion.
Our model is 5'9, wears an Australian size 8 and is wearing a size 1 Nikki. Check our sizing information to ensure a beautiful fit.
